Our Legacy

The story begins in the 1970s with two brothers, Paris and George Nourafchan, and a modest sum sent from their family in Milan. With it they founded PRG Family Office and set out to build a presence in Southern California real estate. There was nothing hurried about it. They acquired commercial properties one at a time, patiently and with care, and they managed each building themselves, learning its character from the inside.

In 1982 came the acquisition that would define them: a trophy office tower in the heart of Beverly Hills. Paris and George still manage it personally today, and it remains their magnum opus. Over fifty years and many market cycles, the family has held to the same convictions: patience, integrity, lasting relationships, and long-term capital preservation. Lunada Rose Partners, founded in 2023 by Adam and Marc Nourafchan as the family office’s investment and asset manager, carries that inheritance forward.
